Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales pitches and solutioning for prospects for these categories.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer needs, market trends, and competitor activity in the online space.

- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve financial goals, including revenue growth, profitability, and market share, with a focus on online sales channels.

- Develop and manage budgets and track online sales, margin, and profitability.

- Monitor business performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and growth in the online space.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage in the online space.

Requirements:

- Degree in business, marketing, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in these categories with a focus on online sales channels.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis in the online space.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.

- Knowledge of Apparel, Beauty & Personal Care (B&PC), D2C brands, and overall e-commerce industry trends, including consumer behavior and the competitive landscape in the online market.

- Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in a business management role in the online space.

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
