Role Description:

- As a Brand Strategist, you will be the driving force behind developing compelling digital strategies that resonate with target audiences and build strong brand presence.

- You will leverage your understanding of various digital platforms and your creative thinking to devise effective solutions for our clients.

- Your ability to conduct thorough research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet tight deadlines will be critical to your success.

Job Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

- Understand clients' business problems and objectives to be achieved through Digital Media (on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Mobile).

- Devise strategic solutions utilizing digital channels as and when required.

- Develop comprehensive digital media plans that align with client goals and brand identity.

Content Creation & Curation:

- Conceptualize and create engaging content for various Digital platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram).

- Ensure content is brand-consistent, audience-appropriate, and optimized for each platform.

- Collaborate with design teams to bring content ideas to life visually.

Ideation and Business Development:

- Participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions for new business opportunities.

- Contribute strategically to business pitches and proposals, showcasing innovative digital solutions.

- Stay informed about emerging digital trends and technologies to identify new opportunities for clients.

Project Management & Execution:

- Meet execution / Delivery timelines for all assigned projects.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.

- Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, social media) to ensure seamless project delivery.

Research and Analysis:

- Conduct thorough research and gather relevant material for interactive content development in collaboration with the design team.

- Perform in-depth competition analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.

- Analyze campaign performance data to identify insights and recommend optimizations.

Industry Awareness:

- Keep up to date with changes and developments in the digital media industry, including platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends.

- Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements:

Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.

Experience:

- Specify desired years of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, or related fields.

- Example: 2-5 years of experience

- Proven experience in developing and executing digital media strategies.

- Experience with content creation across various digital platforms.

- Experience in conducting research and competitive analysis.

- Experience contributing to business pitches or proposals is a plus
