Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
Channel Strategy & Brand Pull
- Position Green Fortune as the preferred brand within the fabricator ecosystem
Demand Generation
- Build programs that encourage fabricators to promote Green Fortune to homeowners
Partner Marketing Assets
- Develop co-branded marketing opportunities for high-potential partners
Loyalty Programs & Events
- Conduct training, workshops, and meets to deepen product knowledge and brand connect
- Plan and execute trade shows, roadshows, and fabricator engagement events
Performance Tracking & Insights
- Gather market insights from fabricators to feed into product, pricing, and brand strategy
Additional expectations
i) Connecting with relevant technical teams and get Profiles/reinforcement/glass/hardware/fabrication/installation queries resolved
ii) Schedule and ensure timely execution of PartnerGate trainings to B2F customers
iii) Maintain pricing structures across fabricators and dealers
iv) Assist Pratyusha in relationship management with key accounts
2. Execute and maintain relevant contracts with Fabricators and dealers
3. Secondary leads for fabricators
i) Track assignment of secondary leads to fabricators
ii) Track fabricators performance on secondary leads conversion. Develop capability to access fabricators strength in converting a particular kind of lead (project v/s retail, premium v/s affordable, etc)
iii) Assists sales team/fabricator in costing for the leads generated and given by us
4. Monitoring the work output of the sales and leads generation team
5. Have a mechanism to track complaints (Fabricators and end customer) received and ensure they are resolved in a timely fashion
Requirements
- Strong understanding of channel dynamics and partner marketing in high-value, consultative sales categories.
- Excellent communication skills and empathetic approach to knowledge gathering
- Project management experience to run multiple campaigns, events and initiatives in parallel
