Role Overview:

The Manager - Performance Marketing will be responsible for driving user acquisition and business growth through the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to develop and implement data-driven strategies that maximize ROI and achieve ambitious growth targets. The impact of this role is significant, directly influencing the number of learners who access Great Learning's transformative educational programs and advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms to acquire new users and drive business growth.

- Manage and optimize marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient allocation of resources across different campaigns and channels.

- Conduct in-depth marketing analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, and translate these findings into actionable recommendations.

- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and user flows, continuously improving conversion rates and campaign performance.

- Lead campaign management efforts, including ad creation, targeting, bidding strategies, and performance monitoring, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business objectives.

- Collaborate with product and technology teams to improve website and app conversion funnels, enhancing the overall user experience and driving higher engagement.

- Manage and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to foster their professional growth and development.

- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for future strategies.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, proactively identifying and implementing innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring effective collaboration and optimal performance.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other relevant platforms.

- Proven experience in A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's/Master'sdegree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
