HR Projects: - Take the lead on initiatives like employee engagement programs, talent development frameworks, and attrition management strategies. - Spearhead data-driven solutions to address organizational challenges and improve HR effectiveness. - Drive the implementation of initiatives to build leadership pipelines and strengthen organizational capability. People Insights & Analytics: - Leverage HR data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improved decision-making. - Regularly share insights with leadership to help shape strategic decisions and plan ahead
