Job Title : Manager - Placement Operations Reporting to : Head - Corporate & Career Services Location : Bilaspur- Tauru Road, Gurgaon Key Responsibilities - The position holder shall be responsible for end to end managing student database at the Institute. - Shall be directly interacting with the student Placecom team and shall be responsible for planning and executing the scheduled activities - Shall be responsible for Co-ordination for on-campus / off-campus placement process with internal stakeholders & Account Managers - Should have strong student relationship management skills and be the point of contact for all placement related queries and resolve their issues from time to time. - Should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. - Should be an effective communicator. - Should adhere to periodic reporting from time to time. - Should have expert knowledge in the preparation MIS & placement data analysis. - Any other duty assigned by the management from time to time. Qualifications, Experience and Competency requirements - MBA / Graduate in any stream - 5 - 7 yrs of experience Placement Operations at MBA or Engg College in a Corporate - Proficient in MS-Office with sound MS Excel working skills etc. - Should be self-driven and proactive and work in an organized way.
