Required Experience:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Presales or Project Management within AIDC, Enterprise Mobility, RFID, or IoT domains.

- Proven track record supporting solution selling or technical solution delivery in enterprise environments.

- Strong understanding of business operations, supply chain processes, industry best practices, and technology standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales & Solutioning:

- Lead the complete pre-sales process, including solution selling to large enterprises and SMB clients.

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of AIDC, enterprise mobility, RFID, sensor technologies, and systems integration.

- Conduct business process reviews, system studies, site surveys, and solution design sessions.

- Provide consultative and customized solutions for large-scale and complex supply chain management (SCM) projects.

Technical Documentation & Proposal Management:

- Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, commercial proposals, SRS (Software Requirements Specifications), and user manuals.

- Structure and deliver compelling solution presentations, value propositions, and demos to clients.

Project Coordination & Delivery Support:

- Coordinate PoCs, solution validation, and ensure successful rollout, implementation, and go-live.

- Collaborate with internal technical teams, project managers, and external partners to drive project success.

- Ensure excellent customer engagement, timely responses, and high satisfaction levels throughout the presales and implementation lifecycle.
