Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Drive business development efforts in assigned industry verticals.
- Develop and expand key vertical markets, generating new business opportunities.
- Sell and promote enterprise-wide Barcode, RFID, and Packaging solutions to SMB and large enterprise accounts.
Client Engagement & Consultative Selling:
- Provide consultative solutions to end users within Manufacturing, Retail & Logistics, Healthcare, and BFSI verticals.
- Conduct system studies, site surveys, and participate in solution design.
- Prepare and deliver application briefs, solution presentations, and proposals.
Project Management & Support:
- Manage complete project implementation and execution.
- Provide product and technical support to customers as needed.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout all phases of engagement.
Reporting & Market Insights:
- Report product performance, customer feedback, and market insights regularly.
- Identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to strengthen business strategy.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, technical sales, or business development.
- Prior experience in Manufacturing, Retail & Logistics, Healthcare, or BFSI sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong consultative selling experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- MBA or equivalent degree.
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role in an IT hardware or enterprise software company.
