Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets, expanding our client base and market reach.
- Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- This includes market research to identify trends and competitive landscapes.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Lead negotiations to secure new business and favorable terms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional internal teams, including product, marketing, and delivery, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Contribution to Growth: Actively contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization through strategic insights and consistent sales performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven B2B sales and enterprise sales experience.
- Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at various levels.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated and highly target-oriented, with a strong drive for results.
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
