
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Leadership: Plan, develop, and execute multi-touch demand generation campaigns across email, web, social, and paid media.
- Marketing Automation: Design and implement end-to-end automated workflows including audience segmentation, lead nurturing, scoring, and routing.
- Content Strategy: Drive content-led marketing by aligning assets (e.g., blogs, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages) with key buyer journey stages.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales and product teams to align messaging, improve MQL quality, and optimize lead handoff processes.
- Performance Analytics: Track, measure, and report on key campaign metrics (e.g., CTR, CPL, conversion rates, pipeline contribution); continuously optimize campaigns for ROI.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct experiments on subject lines, content formats, CTA placement, etc., to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior marketers and contribute to a high-performance, results-oriented marketing culture.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, automation best practices, and competitor strategies to inform campaign planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven hands-on expertise in platforms such as Marketo (preferred), HubSpot, Eloqua, or Pardot.
- Demonstrated ability to execute end-to-end campaign strategies and optimize lead funnels.
- Strong grasp of B2B buyer personas, customer journeys, and content marketing tactics.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, lead scoring models, and performance tracking using tools
like Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and MAP reports.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in marketing IT services, SaaS solutions, or technology products to a global enterprise audience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and paid social channels is an advantage.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading or mentoring a 4 - 5 member marketing team.
- Certification in one or more marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo Certified Expert).
- Experience with integrated tools such as Salesforce, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and marketing compliance.
