
Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Demand Generation to architect, lead, and scale the global demand generation function for SearchUnify. This executive role requires a high-caliber B2B SaaS marketer who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capability. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across digital marketing, ABM, marketing automation, and revenue operations, with a sharp focus on building a predictable and scalable pipeline.
You will work cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, revenue operations, and content to execute full-funnel marketing strategies that directly impact revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and lead the global demand generation strategy aligned with business and revenue objectives.
- Own the marketing funnel from top-of-funnel awareness to MQL, SQL, and opportunity creation.
- Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to ensure full alignment and accountability on pipeline targets.
Campaign & Funnel Ownership
- Design, execute, and optimize integrated multi-channel campaigns (inbound, outbound, ABM, SEO, SEM, email, events).
- Lead and expand Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for strategic accounts.
- Ensure effective MQL to SQL conversion processes and establish clear lead scoring models.
Tech Stack & Automation
- Oversee the selection and optimization of marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
- Leverage MarTech to scale personalized and automated campaigns across the funnel.
Data & Performance Analytics
- Set KPIs and dashboards for campaign performance, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Conduct regular analysis and A/B testing to optimize performance and marketing ROI.
- Forecast and report on campaign results to senior leadership with actionable insights.
Team Management
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing demand generation team.
- Foster a culture of agility, accountability, and innovation within the marketing function.
Budget & Resource Allocation
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively across channels for maximum return.
- Evaluate and prioritize investments based on data and business impact.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with 4+ years in a demand generation leadership role in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue impact through digital marketing and ABM.
- Expertise in HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and related platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on CPL, CAC, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
