Key Responsibilities:

As a KAM, you will be at the forefront of GrayQuest's growth in your assigned region. Your role will encompass:

- Expanding Partnerships: Drive the acquisition of educational institutions (K-12 schools, universities, colleges) and grow our footprint in the region.

- Sales Leadership: Set up and own the sales process in your region, leading the conceptual selling of our financial solutions to education partners.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a clear roadmap for growing partnerships and achieving aggressive acquisition targets.

- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at educational institutions to secure long-term collaborations.

- Revenue Generation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate partnerships and generate revenue from them.

- Forecasting & Achievement: Own the sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenues, and achieve targets consistently.

- Team Building: Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to support the region's growth ambitions.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

- Educational Background: MBA or undergraduate degree preferred, but an outstanding track record, aptitude, and drive can stand in.

- Ambition & Growth-Oriented: A hunger to scale personally and professionally alongside the organization.

- Problem-Solving Attitude: A "can-do" mindset to tackle challenges and achieve results with resilience and creativity.

- Relevant Experience (Preferred but not mandatory): Prior experience in B2B SaaS, payments, or financial services sales.
