Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Growth: Expand distribution and market share within assigned regions by building partnerships with schools, colleges, and universities.

- Partnership Management: Develop and execute growth strategies, plan account activation, and ensure consistent revenue delivery through successful institutional partnerships.

- Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with senior management at educational institutions to drive long-term collaboration.

- Revenue Ownership: Generate revenue through institutional partnerships, working closely with internal B2C teams to ensure activation success.

- Forecasting & Target Achievement: Own the sales & revenue cycle end-to-endforecasting, pipeline management, and achieving revenue targets.

- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team to scale GrayQuests operations across the region.

Key Requirements:

- Educational Qualification: MBA or Tier-1 undergraduate degree preferred, though exceptional candidates with strong drive and aptitude are welcome.

- Startup Mindset: Comfort with fast-paced, high-growth environments and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

- Ambition: A strong desire to grow, learn, and scale rapidly within a dynamic organization.

- Can-Do Attitude: Resilience and adaptability to overcome challenges and deliver results.

- Humility & Kindness: We value performance alongside empathy, collaboration, and a culture of warmth.

- Preferred Experience: Prior exposure to B2B SaaS, Payments, or Financial Services is advantageous but not mandatory.
