We are now hiring a Head of Product to architect and scale the next generation of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the long-term product vision and platform architecture.
- Continuously analyse and improve existing user journeys to remove friction, enhance conversion, deepen engagement and strengthen product-market fit.
- Identify, validate and scale new revenue opportunities on both the institution side and the parent side.
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap and delivery cycle from strategy and prioritisation to design, development, launch, iteration and performance measurement.
- Build, mentor and scale a high-performing Product team, establishing governance, prioritisation and cross-functional operating principles.
Who You Are:
- 10 TO 15 years of Product Management/Product Leadership experience ideally in FinTech.
- Strong understanding of consumer financing and/or payments.
- Experienced in high-growth startups (Series AC), comfortable with ambiguity, scaling challenges and rapid execution.
- Able to inspire, mentor and attract top product talent.
