Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform campaigns.

- Own the annual marketing plan, budget, and performance KPIs.

Brand & Communications:

- Enhance brand visibility and reputation through consistent messaging and storytelling.

- Lead PR, media, and partnership initiatives to maximize brand reach.

- Oversee design, creative, and brand guideline adherence.

Digital & Demand Generation:

- Drive digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email.

- Manage marketing automation, lead nurturing, and CRM-driven campaigns.

- Track ROI, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable pipeline growth.

Content & Thought Leadership:

- Oversee development of blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and sales enablement content.

- Position the company as an industry thought leader through events, webinars, and speaking opportunities.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Manage, mentor, and inspire the marketing team.

- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market activities.

- Partner with external agencies, vendors, and consultants as needed.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 8-12 years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a Managerial role.

- Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and B2B demand generation.

- Experience in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
