Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end digital marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

- Build productive, professional, and profitable relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

- Handle US/international clients through email, virtual meetings, and presentations.

- Coordinate with internal teams including support, service, and technology to ensure smooth project execution.

- Document client requests, feedback, and escalate issues when needed.

- Maintain customer receivables and support monthly retention processes.

- Create and maintain structured communication with clients to discuss performance, expectations, and requirements.

- Lead solution development by collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs.

- Prepare progress reports and presentations as required.

- Maintain a positive, proactive, and problem-solving attitude when managing challenges.

Requirements:

- Must have experience in Digital Marketing, especially SEO.

- Prior experience as a Project Manager.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.

- Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Excellent relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience managing US/international clients.

- Technical understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Experience in retention planning and client deliverable tracking.
