Key Responsibilities:

Client & Project Management

- Manage and oversee digital marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction.

- Build productive, professional, and profitable relationships with key client personnel.

- Conduct regular online meetings with clients to review progress, address concerns, and understand evolving needs.

- Document all client requests, comments, and escalations to ensure effective follow-up and quick resolution.

Team Coordination

- Collaborate with internal teams including support, service, and technology to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns.

- Coordinate resource allocation and workflow planning for ongoing projects.

- Lead solution development efforts that address client requirements, keeping all internal stakeholders informed.

Operational & Financial Responsibilities

- Take ownership of client receivables, monthly retention planning, and revenue targets.

- Achieve strategic customer objectives and account plans defined by senior management.

- Ensure all project tasks are executed with accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company processes.

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain consistent project documentation, status reports, and feedback logs.

- Track and report performance metrics, project progress, and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Prior experience in Digital Marketing (SEO), Project Management, or Project Coordination roles.

- Exposure to handling US or international clients (preferred).

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

- Strong relationship-building and cross-cultural communication abilities.

- Solid computer skills, especially in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Ability to handle challenging situations with a positive, problem-solving attitude.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Enthusiastic, self-driven, and sincere toward responsibilities.

Preferred Skills

- Background in Project Management and Digital Marketing.

- Technical understanding of SEO or related digital channels
