The 10BedICU Project is committed to strengthening emergency and critical care infrastructure in government hospitals across India. By leveraging technology and partnerships, we aim to build a scalable model for TeleICU and decentralized critical care access in underserved regions.

About the Role:

- Our external stakeholders include state, national and international governments; large consulting organizations like Deloitte, PwC, EY; multilaterals like ITU, UN, GIZ; product firms like Whatsapp & BBPS; cloud orgs & startup accelerators.

- Internally, the person will be working closely with the technology and marketing teams to enable partners.

- This role is critical to make a scalable impact globally and also help the organization achieve sustainability.

- This role is instrumental in creating a thriving ecosystem of market players who will build and implement diverse solutions on DIGIT and CARE platforms.

About the Project:

- CARE HMIS is an open-source, modular digital health platform designed to support public health data management, service delivery tracking, and care coordination.

- This initiative focuses on strengthening CARE HMISs market readiness, aligning it with ABDM standards, and enabling large-scale deployments through partnerships with System Integrators (S.Is).

- The Partnership Lead will play a pivotal role in creating and enabling the SI partner ecosystem to adopt, customize, and implement CARE HMIS as part of their business and state-level digital health bids.

Key Responsibilities:

Ecosystem Building & Partner Enablement:

- Identify, onboard, and build strategic relationships with relevant system integrators, health-tech companies, and public health implementation partners.

- Create a structured capacity-building program for SIs on CARE HMIS architecture and implementation models.

- Serve as the primary relationship manager with SI partners, health-tech ecosystem players, and relevant government stakeholders.

- Organize co-design workshops, joint solutioning sessions, and regular forums for partner alignment.

Program & Knowledge Management:

- Support SIs in incorporating the CARE platform into their responses for state government RFPs and proposals, wherever applicable.

- Develop and share partner playbooks, deployment models, and best practices.

- Track partner performance, maintain a partner pipeline, and report progress against program objectives.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem building, preferably in digital health, e-Governance, or technology platforms.

- Strong understanding of Indias health systems, ABDM ecosystem, and state government procurement processes.

- Demonstrated experience working with or enabling system integrators in large-scale digital transformation programs.

- Excellent relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.

- Ability to bridge business and technology strong grasp of platform models, interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, SNOMED CT), and health IT ecosystems.
