Graygraph Technologies - Manager - Search Engine Optimization

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization efforts and enhance our digital presence.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO/SEM strategies and team leadership, with the ability to drive organic traffic, improve SERP rankings, and deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and monitor effective SEO strategies aligned with business goals.

- Conduct detailed keyword research and stay updated with algorithm changes.

- Track and analyze SEO KPIs such as traffic, bounce rate, keyword rankings, etc.

- Prepare and present SEO performance reports and recommend optimization actions.

- Manage and mentor a team of SEO professionals including team leads and executives.

- Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to optimize site structure and content.

- Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.

- Stay abreast of emerging SEO trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an SEO Manager, SEM Manager, or in a similar role.

- In-depth understanding of current SEO techniques and tools.

- Proficiency with tools like Screaming Frog, MOZ, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Analytical mindset with a passion for data and performance metrics.

- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

- MBA in Business or Marketing is preferred
