About the Role:
We are looking for an International Sales -BD with prior experience in global markets to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion.
The role involves identifying international business opportunities, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and building strong relationships with overseas clients.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and market research.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, requirement understanding, proposal preparation, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Engage with international clients via emails, calls, virtual meetings, and presentations to understand their business needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective global clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, delivery, and management) to ensure smooth handover post deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 - 4 years of experience in International Sales, Business Development, or Global Account Management.
- Proven experience in selling products or services to international markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and position solutions effectively.
- Experience handling emails, calls, and virtual meetings with overseas clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Willingness to work with international time zones, if required.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with prior exposure to B2B international sales will be preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available within 015 days are highly preferred.
