Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 5-15 Years (Preferably 10-15 Years in HR)

Qualification: MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 Institute

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment initiatives across critical business functions. This role requires a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and expertise in designing and executing specialized hiring strategies to support both domestic and global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Business Partnership & Planning:

- Collaborate with leadership across R&D, Domestic Sales, International Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to identify long-term workforce needs and critical skill gaps.

- Design and execute specialized recruitment strategies tailored to the pharmaceutical sector, including:

- R&D: Scientists, formulation experts, regulatory professionals.

- Sales Force: Territory-specific hiring for Medical Representatives, Area Managers, and Zonal Heads.

- International Roles: Market expansion and export regulatory talent.

- Deliver talent market intelligence by analyzing trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor movements across generics, biopharma, and novel drug domains.

2. Execution, Sourcing & Process Excellence:

- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

- Utilize multi-channel sourcing strategies, including job portals, niche forums, professional networks, and employee referrals to attract high-caliber talent.

- Build robust talent pipelines for continuous hiring needs, especially in Sales and R&D functions.

- Partner with HR and Communications to enhance employer branding and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

3. Compliance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and data protection standards throughout the hiring process.

- Prepare and present recruitment analytics and MIS dashboards, tracking metrics like Time-to-Hire, Quality of Hire, and sourcing effectiveness.

- Drive process optimization and technology adoption to improve efficiency, reduce hiring time, and elevate the quality of recruitment outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education: MBA/PGDM (Tier-1 B-School preferred)

Experience: 1015 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry with exposure to both domestic and international hiring.

Skills: Strategic mindset, consultative approach, strong networking and stakeholder management, and expertise in niche talent sourcing.
