About the Role

As the Head of Brand, you will serve as the strategic custodian of Graviti Pharmas brand identity, positioning, and communications. You will lead initiatives that strengthen brand equity, foster emotional engagement, and ensure a consistent narrative across all customer and stakeholder touchpoints - from corporate reputation management to employer branding and digital storytelling.

This is a pivotal leadership role that combines strategic thinking, creative vision, and operational excellence to build a brand that truly differentiates Graviti Pharma in a competitive global landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Brand Development:

- Define and execute a comprehensive long-term brand strategy aligned with organizational goals and evolving market dynamics.

- Build and refine brand architecture, ensuring clarity and consistency across business units and product lines.

- Develop and safeguard the brands visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks to maintain uniformity across all communication channels.

Integrated Marketing & Campaigns:

- Lead the conception and execution of multi-channel brand campaigns across digital, print, PR, social media, and experiential platforms.

- Drive impactful corporate and product storytelling that enhances visibility, credibility, and emotional connection with key audiences.

- Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and communications teams to ensure brand alignment in all external-facing initiatives.

Employer Branding & Internal Communication:

- Partner with HR to champion employer branding initiatives, promoting Graviti Pharma as a top employer in the industry.

- Strengthen internal communication frameworks that reflect company culture, mission, and values.

- Drive employee engagement campaigns that align workforce sentiment with the companys purpose and brand identity.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of brand managers, designers, writers, and digital strategists.

- Collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align brand direction with business strategy.

- Manage relationships with external agencies, creative partners, and media vendors, ensuring top-quality output and ROI.

Analytics & Brand Health:

- Define and monitor brand health metrics, customer sentiment, and competitive benchmarks.

- Use data-driven insights to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies for stronger market impact.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 12-18 years in brand management, strategic communications, or marketing leadershippreferably in industries with a strong emphasis on brand building (pharma, FMCG, healthcare, or lifestyle sectors).

- Brand Leadership: Proven success in building and scaling brands across regions and diverse stakeholder groups.

- Creative & Strategic Vision: Ability to balance creative storytelling with analytical decision-making.

- Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary creative and strategy teams.

- Expertise: Deep understanding of brand equity, consumer psychology, market research, and integrated communication planning.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Added Advantage: Experience in employer branding, corporate reputation management, or digital-first campaigns.
