Location: Remote, anywhere in the world.

We are hiring a Head of Product and AI Systems to design, build, and scale an AI-powered product platform based on workflows, automation, and intelligent systems.

This role is for someone who can actually create the product, not just manage roadmaps.

You will own the product end to end and lead a full cross-functional team while working closely with engineering and AI teams to turn complex ideas into a structured, scalable system.

This role sits just below executive leadership and has real ownership over how the product is designed, built, and evolved.

What you will do:

- Own the product vision, roadmap, and system architecture for an AI-first platform.

- Design AI-driven workflows, orchestration logic, and product flows.

- Decide how AI, automation, data, and user control come together in the product.

- Lead and scale a full product team, including product managers and designers.

- Work closely with engineering, AI, and data teams on technical execution.

- Drive product development from discovery to launch to iteration.

What we are looking for:

- 7+ years of experience building and owning complex SaaS or platform products.

- Proven ability to design and ship AI-powered systems or workflow-based products.

- Strong understanding of AI workflows, automation, and system design.

- Comfort making technical product decisions alongside engineers and AI teams.

- Ability to think in systems, not just features.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams with real ownership.
