We are hiring a Head of AI Systems and Prompt Architecture to design and own the intelligence layer of our AI-powered platform.

This is a critical, hands-on role for someone who deeply understands how AI systems actually work in production.

You will be responsible for how prompts, workflows, agents, and models come together to create reliable, scalable, and high-quality behavior across the platform.

This role works very closely with the Head of Product and AI Systems, engineering leadership, and AI teams, and has real ownership over how the platform thinks, reasons, and evolves.

What you will own:

- The overall AI system behavior across the platform.

- Prompt architecture, standards, and frameworks.

- How context, memory, tools, and instructions flow through the system.

- Agent design, orchestration, and decision logic.

- AI quality, reliability, and consistency at scale.

What you will do:

- Design and maintain production-grade prompt architectures.

- Build reusable prompt and workflow modules for different use cases.

- Define how AI agents interact, hand off tasks, and handle failures.

- Work closely with engineers to embed AI logic into core systems.

- Continuously test, evaluate, and improve AI outputs.

- Plan for model upgrades and changes without breaking system behavior.

What we are looking for:

- Strong experience working with LLM-based systems in production.

- Deep understanding of prompt engineering at a system level.

- Experience designing AI workflows or agent systems.

- Comfort working closely with engineers on implementation.

- Strong experimentation mindset and attention to detail.
