- Own the P&L and drive business targets and revenue growth.

Pitch & Client Leadership:

- Lead high-stakes pitches, proposals, and business presentations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Act as a thought leader in discussions with potential partners, investors, and clients.

Market Expansion:

- Spearhead expansion into new domestic and global markets.

- Leverage market insights to guide entry and scaling strategies.

- Adapt strategy to suit diverse cultural, regulatory, and business environments.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 10+ years in business strategy, consulting, or leadership roles, with exposure to both Indian and international markets.

- Track Record: Proven success in driving business growth, developing strategy, and leading pitches at a senior level.

- Leadership: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence C-level stakeholders.

- Analytical Skills: High proficiency in business modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.

- Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Education: MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
