Granules India - Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - SCM Planning - API

Purpose:

- Responsible for overall API Production planning and Inventory control ( BPL I, II, JDM API, JDM PFI, Unit IV & V - APIs)

Responsibilities:

- Manage Timely circulation of production plan and monitoring the Plan Vs Actuals.

- Excellent knowledge of API Manufacturing / Formulation of Solid dosages, Capsules & Pellets

- Sound knowledge and work experience of APIs production scheduling

- Monitoring raising of PRs &Tracking RM/PM materials arrivals.

- Co-ordination with warehouse, Quality and Production for accounting, release and consumption

- Co-ordination with Marketing department on demand and Proper utilizaiton of capacity.

- Co-ordination with production & quality functions on Packing and release of finished goods.

- Ensuring OTIF.

- Conducting ORM & Dispatch meetings and manage updates with entire team.

- Ensure the timely liquidation of non-moving & destruction of obsolete materials.

- Manage MIS submission to senior management.

- Manage screening & identification of sources with all regulatory support.

- Coordinate within own function to ensure material availability for production across all sites to meet demand & customer priorities.

- Coordination with CFT on AVDs and new launch products

- Preparing monthly planning MIS and Report.

- Coordinating with finance dept and Market on Budget finalization

Qualifications and Experience:

- Graduation or Master's degree or equivalent with MBA/PGDM Specialization.

- Around 10 - 12 plus years' of experience in Supply chain/Formulations/ planning experience in pharmaceutical industry /Manufacturing industry.

- Good experience in SAP (MRP module), ERP, MS Office etc.
