Position : Manager AGE : 30-35 EXPERIENCE : 7-10 QUALIFICATION : CA/MBA Job Objective : - A mid management role within the R&amp;R practice with direct responsibility for client interface as key relationship manager - Directly responsible for resolution strategy and preparation of all documentation / end to end structuring relating to mandates - Assist the team head in achieving the budgeted revenue. Key Responsibility : Managerial : - Overall knowledge sharing and guidance to team members - Interact with lenders community at large to generate market understanding Functional : - Supporting the firm's go-to-market and responding to client opportunities - Ability to effectively manage client interactions and sensitive handling of client senior management relationships - To execute R&amp;R assignments with minimal support from team head - Develop relationships with lenders/ other agencies - Assisting the team head in criticality management and hand-holding in context of client's financial and operational challenges - To proactively follow up for fee and ensure realization of the same - Performing quality reviews and ensuring highest quality deliverables to the client. - Developing and fostering a team of reportees
