Grant Thornton - Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Consulting

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced AM/Manager for our Business Consulting team, specializing in Transformation Consulting. The ideal candidate will have 4 years+ of experience in managing and delivering complex projects, with a strong background in Lean Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage transformation consulting projects from inception to completion.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

- Provide training and mentorship to clients on Lean Six Sigma and related projects.

- Apply TQM principles to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

- Implement TPM practices to enhance equipment reliability and productivity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and achieve project goals.

- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on best practices and industry standards.

- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders.

- Develop proposals and approach notes tailored to meet clients' requirements.

Qualifications and other attributes :

- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

- Over 10 years of experience in manufacturing industry.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
