Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounts operations.

The ideal candidate must be a qualified CA with solid experience in fundraising, team management, taxation, accounting, MIS reporting, and end-to-end financial control.

Experience in the Alco-Bev or FMCG sector is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage GST, VAT, TDS, PF, ESI filings and assessments across multiple states

- Ensure timely compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements

- Handle bookkeeping, accounting entries, and financial reporting in Tally

- Finalize balance sheets, P&L statements, and support internal & statutory audits

- Prepare and analyse key MIS reports - Contribution, Revenue, Liability Schedule, etc.

- Approve bills and verify documents like PI, PO, LR, GR, tax invoices, quotations, etc.

- Reconcile sundry creditor accounts and handle related vendor matters

- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and fund flow

- Oversee payroll, taxation (direct & indirect), and commercial taxes

- Coordinate third-party bill discounting and manage fund-raising activities

- Lead, manage, and mentor the finance team across states

- Liaise with government tax departments and auditors

- Ensure strong internal controls and adherence to company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8+ years of relevant experience

- Proven experience in team handling and leadership

- Strong understanding of fund raising, account reconciliation, balance sheet finalisation, P&L, MIS, and financial reporting

- Expertise in GST, TDS, VAT, Excise, Service Tax, Commercial Tax, etc.

- Hands-on experience with Tally and knowledge of Zoho is preferred

- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills

- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities
