Job description: - Developing systems &amp; processes across entire Finance Function, Authority matrix, SOP's and IFC's/ controls framework - Annual budgeting exercise that includes preparation of segment wise Revenue Budget, Cash Budget, Profit &amp; Loss Account and Balance Sheet. - Track and report the company's fund position on a regular basis, preparing cash flow statements - Act as a business partner towards sales, commercial, product managers and supply chain with regards to actuals, budget and forecast - Project monitoring and capitalisation of assets - Work with business units to flag excess spending and potential optimizations - Prepare standalone financial statements as per Ind AS - Coordination with statutory/tax auditors / internal auditors/management and ensuring smooth completion of audits - Overseeing accounting operations, analysing financial data, monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information. - Partner with other Finance and Data &amp; Technology teams to best match business requirement with analytical solution - Cost optimization and negotiation with various partners and alliances. - Handling Transfer Pricing compliance which include Preparation and review of Corporate and Transaction Analysis, Function, Assets and Risk (FAR) Analysis - Provide Financial Information &amp; support to CEO. - Implementing proper internal controls, achieving organizational targets, and developing financial plans that support organizational strategy. KSA required : - 3 to 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller - 7 to 9 years of combined experience in accounting and finance - CA a must. Add on of ICWA would be advantage - Team Management experience - A team player with strong leadership attributes - Collaboration, Drive for results, Financial Analytics, Learning
