Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline from a reputed institution.

Technical Skills Required:

- Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in libraries like Pandas, SciPy, Sklearn and PyMc

- Experience working with large, unstructured, and multi-dimensional datasets.

- Strong grounding in statistical concepts and their practical application is preferable

- Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries.

- Familiarity with tools or libraries to create compelling data visualizations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Analyse demographic and electoral data at various levels including booth, constituency, district, and state in order to derive actionable insights.

- Design and implement statistical models to support political strategy and decision making.

- Create and automate reports and dashboards for internal and stakeholder use

- Conduct data mining, identify emerging patterns, and build predictive models to forecast political trends.

- Collaborate closely with political and campaign strategy teams to execute data driven initiatives.

- Maintain and manage centralised data systems and support cross team data utilization.
