Developing Sales Strategies: The Sales Head is responsible for creating effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets. This involves understanding market trends, identifying potential clients, and determining the best approach to win new business. 2. Team Leadership: Managing and leading the sales team is a critical aspect of the role. This includes recruiting, training, and motivating sales representatives to achieve their sales goals. 3. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients is essential. The Sales Head should ensure client satisfaction, handle escalations, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services. 4. Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs is vital. The Sales Head should conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and threats. 5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Developing accurate sales forecasts and regularly reporting on sales performance to the senior management team is essential for informed decision-making. 6.
