Wanna join us in changing rules?  Role description:  - Manage relationships with different media houses – Both offline and online, media agency and other relevant stakeholders for media planning and buying  - Responsible for negotiations with media vehicles and evaluate options of partnerships/barter agreement  - Budgeting, designing and implementing different marketing plans for multiple cities and assuring the ROI by effective media choices  - Complete ownership of analyze performance, measuring effectiveness of campaigns executed through different channels and optimize the same for better outcome  - Working with media houses to identify opportunities for improvements and implementing innovative solutions along with rest of the marketing team  - Should be inclined to understand marketing concepts, digital media, creatives, target audience etc.  - Responsible for articulation of grabhouse.com platform & creating leadership position in the market  Desired Skills and Experience  Professional Qualifications/Requirements  - Post graduates from top b-schools like IIM /XLRI/ FMS MBAs/Top MBA Institutes with 4-8 years of experience in media buying /advertising/marketing /brand management  - Candidate should have strong communication skills.
