Business Analytics (Last-Mile Operations):

Drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence across the last-mile delivery network through data-driven insights, performance management and process optimization. The role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management and the ability to solve complex operational challenges at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead analysis of large operational data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across last-mile operations.

- Drive key business metrics such as delivery SLA, turnaround time, rider productivity, cost per delivery and network efficiency.

- Partner with Operations, Supply, Finance, Risk, Payroll, Product and Tech teams to drive data-backed business decisions.

- Build presentations and automate dashboards, MIS reports and performance trackers for leadership reviews.

- Conduct deep-dive analyses and recommend scalable solutions for operational and process improvement.

- Support strategic initiatives including forecasting, capacity planning and network expansion through actionable insights.

- Track performance and impact of business initiatives through outcome-based metrics and reporting.

- Present business insights and recommendations to senior leadership and management stakeholders.

- Utilize AI extensively to elevate deliverables.

- Mentor analysts and drive best practices in analytics and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in quick-commerce, ecommerce, logistics, food-tech or high-growth operations environments.

- Strong understanding of last-mile delivery operations and operational performance management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience handling large and complex data sets.

- Hands-on experience with MIS reporting, dashboarding and business analytics.

- Proficiency in Excel, SQL and visualization tools such as Power BI/Tableau.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth and data-driven environment.
