We are hiring for our client that works closely with multiple State Governments of India and drives large-scale transformation programs across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities :

- Research, design, and evaluate public policies across sectors like healthcare, infrastructure, and economic growth.

- Modernize citizen-facing services, implement e-governance systems, and ensure data-driven decision-making.

- Oversee the end-to-end execution of large-scale government programs and public-private partnerships (PPPs).

- Facilitate alignment between government officials, private sector entities, and the public.

- Streamline administrative workflows and restructure workforce operations to maximize budget efficiency.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier 1 institute

- Experience working in a Tier 1 consulting firm, high-growth startup, or governance/impact-focused organization.

- 5 - 6 years experience as a strategy consultant.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
