Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-caliber Account Team Lead to manage a diversified portfolio of clients and lead end-to-end accounting and taxation operations. This role requires profound technical expertise, excellent leadership acumen, and the ability to deliver compliant, error-free financial reporting across multiple business domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Compliance Management:

- Oversee complete accounting operations including bookkeeping, finalization, reporting, and financial accuracy.

- Manage end-to-end statutory compliance including Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, and regulatory filings.

- Review and file a full suite of Income Tax Returns (ITR 1ITR 7), GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory reports.

Taxation & Advisory:

- Prepare and review Corporate Tax Returns, advance tax computations, and annual tax planning.

- Ensure timely preparation of all tax documents, audit schedules, ledgers, and supporting reports.

- Provide advisory support to clients on tax implications, compliance schedules, regulatory changes, and financial structuring.

Team Leadership & Client Management:

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of accountants to ensure consistent performance and high service quality.

- Manage a portfolio of 15+ companies, ensuring timely delivery and compliance accuracy.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in Accounting, Taxation, and Compliance.

- Mandatory experience in a CA auditing firm or consulting firm, handling 15+ corporate clients.

- Strong technical expertise in Accounts Finalization, GST, Direct Taxation, and statutory filings.

- Advanced proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting/taxation software.

- Excellent analytical, documentation, and review skills with high attention to detail.
