About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Human Resources Business Partner who can drive people excellence, strengthen organizational capability, and act as a trusted advisor to business leadership. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with strong business acumen, outstanding stakeholder management, and the ability to influence at all levels. The ideal candidate brings experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has a proven track record of shaping people strategy that aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnering:
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Support business growth initiatives by identifying workforce needs and implementing scalable HR solutions.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure high-quality hiring aligned with competency frameworks.
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent forecasting initiatives.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, ensuring a fair, consistent, and compliant approach.
- Provide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and grievance redressal.
Performance & Talent Management:
- Lead performance management cycles, ensuring a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate talent reviews, high-potential identification, and leadership development initiatives.
Learning & Development:
- Build and drive capability-building frameworks across functions.
- Partner with L&D teams to design training programs that upskill employees for evolving business needs.
Organizational Development & Change Management:
- Support change initiatives, organizational restructuring, and transformation programs.
- Enable leadership teams with insights, tools, and strategies to drive change successfully.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Develop engagement strategies that strengthen culture, employee experience, and retention.
- Deploy data-driven action plans based on engagement insights and pulse surveys.
Compliance & Policy Governance:
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, statutory compliance, and internal policy frameworks.
- Regularly update policies to stay aligned with regulatory changes and best practices.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Use HR analytics to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
- Present dashboards, trend analyses, and metrics to leadership teams.
Qualifications & Expertise:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 8-15 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in mid-to-large-scale or high-growth companies.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, Indian labour laws, and organizational development principles.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence leaders, navigate ambiguity, and drive people initiatives independently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments is highly preferred.
- Manufacturing-focused experience is not preferred.
