Role Overview:
GoStocks is seeking dynamic, mature, and experienced Wealth Managers with 510 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will have strong market exposure, a client-first mindset, and a proven ability to acquire and manage high-value clients. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our wealth management and portfolio management services while contributing to long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify, source, and acquire new clients (HNI, UHNI, affluent investors).
- Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted financial advisor.
- Conduct periodic reviews to understand clients financial goals and risk profile.
- Provide exceptional servicing and ensure superior client experience.
2. Portfolio & Wealth Strategy:
- Create tailored investment strategies based on clients needs and financial goals.
- Recommend suitable solutions across mutual funds, equities, bonds, tax instruments, and insurance.
- Align portfolio decisions with GoStocks investment philosophy of consistency, risk-control, and long-term focus.
- Collaborate with research and portfolio management teams for market insights and strategy implementation.
3. Business Development & Growth:
- Meet and exceed AUM, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
- Organize and participate in networking activities, seminars, and client engagement initiatives.
- Leverage GoStocks fintech capabilities to streamline processes and enhance effectiveness.
4. Risk & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and internal compliance policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation, KYC, and portfolio records.
- Monitor risk parameters and ensure client portfolios remain aligned with their risk tolerance.
5. Reporting & Analytics
- Deliver periodic portfolio performance updates and insights to clients.
- Work with operations and support teams to ensure timely reporting and data accuracy.
6. Team Contribution & Leadership
- Guide junior advisors or team members when necessary.
- Participate in content creation such as insights, webinars, or newsletters.
- Provide market and client feedback to help improve products and services.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 5-10 years in wealth management, private banking, financial advisory, or portfolio management.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of financial markets, asset allocation, and investment products.
- Proven ability to handle HNI or affluent client portfolios.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Strong business development and networking capabilities.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- MBA, CFP, or CFA certification is an added advantage.
Personal Attributes:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment.
