Job Title: Google Ads Expert

Location: Noida Sec 90 (WFO, 5 days)
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Plan, create, and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
- Develop compelling ad copies and creatives aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPA, and overall conversion metrics.
- Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audience strategies.
- Prepare detailed campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Required Skillsets:
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
- Hands-on experience with bid management, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and drive data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in creating persuasive ad copies and high-performing creatives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance marketing metrics.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- MBA/Bachelors in marketing
- Google Ads Certification (preferred).
