About the Role: We are now looking for a Google Ads Manager to join our marketing team and help us scale our campaigns while maximising ROI. What You'll Do? - Strategically manage and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max to drive high-quality leads. - Optimise ad performance to meet and exceed key KPI, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates. - Develop robust keyword strategies and audience targeting tailored to parents of young learners. - Conduct ongoing A/B testing of ad copy, creative, and landing pages. - Analyse performance data, generate insights, and create actionable reports for leadership. - Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging, parent-focused ad assets. - Monitor budget pacing and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend across geographies and campaigns. - Stay on top of Google Ads innovations and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.
