About the Role

We are looking for a Director - Product to lead our product strategy and execution in a fast-paced B2C startup environment. Leading a team of product managers and analysts, you will play a crucial role in defining the product roadmap, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring a seamless user journey. Key Responsibilities

- Own all the key metrics and KPIs for multiple products

- Lead & mentor a team of product managers and analysts, ensuring their growth and success.

- Define and drive the long-term product roadmap and short-term sprints

- Identify & implement new features that improve customer experience and expand market reach.

- Leverage data & insights to make informed product decisions with a strong business sense.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Requirements

- 8-12 years of experience in product management, preferably in a high-growth B2C startup.

- Master's or Bachelors degree from a tier-1 college (Engineering, Business, or related field).

- Proven track record of building and scaling web and mobile products with a deep understanding of user behavior.

- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a customer-first mindset.

- Experience in managing teams with 5+ people.

- Experience of scaling fintech products or products for the Bharat audience is a plus!

Location: This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Bellandur, Bangalore office, with a 5-day workweek.
