About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Bangalore.The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills, statistical knowledge, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders across product, operations, finance, and marketing to identify business problems and define analytical solutions.

2. Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.

3. Develop dashboards, reports, and frameworks to track business performance and identify trends.

4. Conduct market and competitive research to support strategic initiatives.

5. Translate complex data findings into clear and concise presentations for leadership teams.

6. Partner with product and tech teams to define metrics, measure outcomes, and optimize processes.

7. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation and process efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 engineering college (IIT, NIT, BITS, or equivalent).

2. 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, analytics, or a related role.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and at least one data querying language (SQL, Python, or R).

4. Experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) is a plus.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong ownership and accountability.

1. Prior experience in a management consulting firm, high-growth startup, or financial services.

2. Understanding of business domains like product, growth, finance, or operations.

3. Exposure to statistical modeling or machine learning techniques.
