You will own the complete digital revenue engine and work directly with the Founder & CEO (Sheetal).
Your mandate is to scale GoodGrains by building high-performance digital channels grounded in strong
execution, daily improvement cycles and data-driven growth.
This is a founder role. We are looking for someone who builds, executes and leads from the front.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (EXECUTION-LED)1. D2C Growth (Website / App):
Own the end-to-end growth funnel:
- CAC, AOV, retention, LTV
- Meta and Google campaigns (hands-on execution)
- Landing page optimisation, CRO, A/B testing
- Subscription and repeat cohort development
- Build the engine to scale from 10 to 30 to 100 orders per day
- This is a hands-on role campaign setup, creative direction, analytics and optimisation will be executed directly by you.
2. Performance Marketing & Analytics:
- Full control and responsibility for performance marketing budgets
- Create, launch and optimise Meta, Google and remarketing campaigns
- Run content + influencer experiments linked to measurable outcomes
- Build attribution models, ROAS tracking, CAC payback calculations
- Maintain weekly dashboards and growth loops
- Execution is centralyou should be able to outperform agencies by doing the work yourself.
3. Quick Commerce (Blinkit + Instamart):
- Set up, optimise and scale quick-commerce presence
- Manage ads, platform placements, visibility and offers
- Improve SKU velocity from 1 3 8+ units per day
- Oversee supply alignment and stock movement
- Scale Mumbai first, then expand to multiple cities
- This requires daily monitoring, quick decision-making and rapid execution to build velocity.
4. Amazon and E-Commerce Growth:
- Own rankings, ads, keywords and category performance
- Improve conversions via A+ content, images, titles and reviews
- Manage review pipeline and coordinate sampling
- Prepare for new SKU launches
- This role is execution heavy; marketplace management must be done directly, without reliance on agencies.
5. Brand, Content and Community:
- Build a continuous content engine for digital
- Work with creators, micro-influencers and food bloggers
- Oversee community-building initiatives
- Co-create digital campaigns with Sheetal for new product lines
- Execution means producing content, coordinating shoots, writing scripts and pushing output weekly.
6. Strategy and Leadership:
- Co-own the P&L for digital channels
- Build the product roadmap with the founders
- Hire and manage a small, high-output growth team
- Collaborate with manufacturing and operations for demand planning
- Establish a high-ownership, execution-led culture
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Experience:- 3 to 8 years in D2C growth, performance marketing, e-commerce or digital-first consumer brands
- Hands-on experience executing Meta + Google Ads
- Strong understanding of marketplace optimisation and D2C funnels
- Experience with brands or agencies that have scaled digitally
Skills:- Ability to run campaigns independently
- Strong grasp of CAC, ROAS, payback, cohorts, funnels and attribution
- Competence in landing page optimisation and conversion design
- Balanced analytical and creative thinking
- Strong storytelling and product positioning ability
