Position : Key Account Manager Quick Commerce.

Experience : Minimum 3 years in quick commerce including Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, and BigBasket.

CTC : 5 LPA (flexible based on candidature).

Location : Kolkata.

Job Summary:

Goodcare is looking for a proactive and growth-oriented Key Account Manager to manage and scale our business across major quick-commerce platforms including Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, and BigBasket.

The ideal candidate will have strong platform knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to drive visibility, sales, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

- Manage day-to-day operations for Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, and BigBasket.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers.

- Ensure compliance with platform requirements and timely execution of tasks.

Business Growth:

- Drive monthly and quarterly growth targets for Goodcare.

- Analyse performance trends and competitor movement to identify opportunities.

- Execute promotional and visibility strategies to increase brand presence.

Inventory & Coordination:

- Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure product availability across all DCs.

- Forecast demand to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.

Listings & Content:

- Maintain accurate listings, product information, images, and A+ content.

- Monitor listing health and coordinate with platforms for updates or corrections.

Promotions & Marketing:


- Manage platform deals, visibility slots, and campaigns.

- Evaluate campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.

Operational Issue Management:

- Resolve issues related to pricing, payments, cancellations, or listing errors.

- Coordinate with platform support teams for quick resolution.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Share weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and action plans.

- Track KPIs such as sales, fill rate, cancellations, visibility, and overall platform performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 2-4 years of experience in managing quick-commerce or e-commerce accounts.

- Strong understanding of Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, and BigBasket platforms.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong analytical ability.
