Role and Responsibilities - Your will be's - We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager with strong product development and cloud background to join our team. The TPM will be directly working with the CTO to lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex software and cloud projects on time, within budget, and with high quality. - Develop project plans and schedules for software and cloud-based initiatives, track progress, and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables for software and cloud projects. - Lead cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and other internal and external partners, to deliver software and cloud-based initiatives. - Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource plans for software and cloud projects. - Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to key stakeholders for software and cloud initiatives. - Identify, track, and manage project risks and issues, and drive resolution for software and cloud-based projects. - Facilitate project meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure timely decisions for software and cloud initiatives. - Continuously evaluate and improve project processes to enhance project delivery for software and cloud-based projects. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in technical project management or Technology Consulting or Technology Program - Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex software and cloud-based projects. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall for software and cloud projects. - Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills for software and cloud-based initiatives. - In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of project management tools, such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello for software and cloud projects. - Hands on product development or implementation experience.
