About Noise Junior:

Noise is building Noise Junior, a new strategic venture focused on creating smart, meaningful technology experiences for the next generation.

We are looking for a Founder-in-Residence to build this business from the ground up - from identifying the right consumer problem and defining the product vision to achieving product-market fit, building the team and scaling the business globally.

This is a founder-style opportunity within Noise with significant ownership, autonomy and the mandate to build the next big growth engine for the company.

What You'll Build:

You will own the complete 0-1 journey:

- Define the opportunity: Identify consumer needs, whitespace and the right category to build, with a deep understanding of kids, parents and evolving technology behaviours.

- Build the product: Develop the vision, product strategy and roadmap; take products from insight-concept-MVP-product-market fit-scale.

- Create differentiation: Leverage AI, wearables, IoT and emerging technologies to build experiences that are genuinely useful, engaging and trusted.

- Build the team: Hire and lead the founding team across product, technology, design, growth, partnerships and operations.

- Build the ecosystem: Create strategic partnerships that accelerate product capability, distribution and global expansion.

Who We're Looking For:

You could be a founder, entrepreneur, product leader, or venture builder who has demonstrated the ability to build and scale something from scratch.

Ideally, you bring:

- 10-15+ years of experience, with meaningful exposure to 0-1 or high-growth environments.

- Experience building or scaling a consumer technology product/business.

- Strong understanding of product, consumer behaviour, GTM, and growth.

- Exposure to areas such as AI, wearables, IoT, kids-tech, consumer electronics or digital ecosystems would be a plus.

- Strong commercial orientation and experience with P&L / unit economics.

- The ability to operate across strategy, product and execution without traditional functional boundaries.

- A builder's mindset - comfortable with ambiguity, speed, experimentation and making decisions with incomplete information.
