What you'll actually do
There's no fixed scope. That's the point. But here's what the work looks like in practice:
- Take a fuzzy idea from the founders and turn it into something real - a crisp brief, a pilot, a launched product.
- Own 0- 1. Discovery, experimentation, the full NPD cycle. You don't hand it off - you see it through.
- Break problems that feel complex into plans that feel obvious in hindsight.
- Build the business case, run the pilot, present the outcome. No one else is doing this for you.
- Move across design, engineering, growth, and operations like it's natural - because at this level, it has to be.
