Your Will Be's:
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who's equal parts storyteller, strategist, and cultural observer.
At Noise, products aren't just built - they're designed to be felt.
You'll shape how people see, understand, and connect with our products - from first glance to lasting impression.

1. Build the Product Story
- Define the why, who, and how behind every product - turning insight into emotion and features into meaning.
- Craft a sharp, differentiated positioning that fits both the product and the cultural moment.
- Collaborate with creative teams to translate stories into visually consistent brand worlds - across launch films, packaging, app interfaces, and campaign visuals.
2. Lead the End-to-End GTM
- Own 360- GTM planning - from intrigue and pre-booking to launch, retention, and reactivation.
- Ensure every touchpoint (online/offline) reflects a unified product narrative and visual identity.
- Partner with cross-functional teams - product, growth, creative, influencer, and retail - to deliver seamless launches.
3. Anticipate What's Next
- Track consumer behavior, lifestyle trends, design shifts, and tech innovations to identify emerging opportunities.
- Feed these insights back into product and design teams - influencing what we create next.
- Maintain a trend radar across fitness, fashion, wearables, and digital culture - ensuring Noise stays ahead of the curve.
4. Extend Product Life & Loyalty
- Build long-tail marketing strategies that sustain relevance beyond the launch window.
- Drive CRM, content, and community programs that deepen engagement and advocacy.
- Use user-generated content, reviews, and data to evolve product narratives visually and tonally over time.
5. Measure & Optimize
- Define success metrics across awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Analyze campaign performance and consumer sentiment to refine future GTMs.
- Blend intuition with insight - balancing creative instinct with measurable impact.
The Ideal Noisemaker:
Experience
- 5-8 years in Product Marketing, Brand Strategy, or Category Marketing roles.
- Prior experience in consumer tech, lifestyle, fashion, or premium D2C environments.
- Proven success in product positioning, GTM ownership, and lifecycle marketing.
Skill Set
- Storytelling: Ability to turn complex product truths into clear, emotionally compelling narratives.
- Visual Sense: Strong eye for design, composition, and aesthetics; understands how a product should look, feel, and live across platforms.
- Cultural & Consumer Insight: Deep understanding of emerging consumer behavior, category shifts, and trend mapping.
- Strategic Execution: Ability to plan and lead end-to-end campaigns with precision and creative consistency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent communicator who can align creative, product, and business teams around one shared vision.
Nice to Have
- Background or strong interest in design, photography, or creative direction.
- Experience working closely with visual design or creative agencies.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, or campaign visualization workflows.
