Having written a successful playbook for a profitable bootstrapped brand in a deeply funded ecosystem, Noise recently welcomed its first strategic investor, Bose Corporation, as part of a Series A round.

Your will-bes:

Brand Strategy: Develop and execute positioning strategies that distinctly set Noise apart from competitors and deeply connect with our target audience.

Brand Growth: Work on growing sub-brand salience across channels.

Brand Health Monitoring: Regularly assess brand perception and conduct brand health evaluations to ensure a strong market presence.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to ensure brand consistency and alignment in all departments.

Content Development: Partner with creative and marketing teams to produce engaging and impactful content, including social media posts, videos, and promotional materials, ensuring a cohesive brand message across all channels.

Brand Identity Management: Build and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring uniformity in all marketing materials, communications, and customer touchpoints.

Campaign Oversight: Lead the development and execution of advertising and promotional campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving customer engagement.

Budget Management: Oversee advertising budgets, negotiate media contracts, and monitor campaign performance to optimize effectiveness.

Partnership Development: Establish and nurture relationships with influencers, organizations, and media outlets to enhance brand reach and impact.

The Ideal Noisemaker:

Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.

Proven Experience: Track record of successfully developing and implementing brand marketing campaigns.

Experience Required: 7-10 years of experience in Brand Marketing across any industry.

Educational Background: Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Passion and Drive: A strong passion for high-quality work, a proactive attitude, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
