Role Overview:
The Lead - Marketing role at GoMechanic is a pivotal position responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role collaborates closely with the product, sales, and technology teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives. The Lead - Marketing will be instrumental in shaping the GoMechanic brand and enhancing its position as a leader in the automotive service industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to achieve business goals.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, influencers, and agencies.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Manage brand reputation and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Oversee public relations efforts, including media outreach and crisis communication.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience in brand management, marketing communications, and campaign management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
